Use this section to determine which fastening tools are right for your project. You can also find out more about stands used to support stand-alone projects as well as Fence Fabric accessories.
Fastening Equipment
Prints are expanded just beyond the dimensions of the project and then folded and bound at the edges to provide seamless images at full size that are ready for mounting. These are the edge choices:
- Zip Ties - Available in standard 50 lb. tensile strength, zip ties are a great complement to Fence Fabric products. Use these to secure a project with grommets to a fence. Zip ties are available in many colors but be sure to use UV-stabilized ties as others can degrade under outdoor conditions. Add a zip tie tensioning gun to your order to simplify the Fence Fabric installation process even further.
Stands
Fence Fabric can be temporarily installed for a special event or incorporated into a set design using banner stands or other supporting hardware. Stands intended for outdoor mounting must incorporate a weighted base using metal weights, water tanks, or sand bags. Pieces prepared for these purposes should typically be finished with pole pockets. Be sure to consult a Fence Fabric representative regarding the needs of your particular project before ordering a stand-alone Fence Fabric product.

- Tensioning Gun - These tools aid in the mounting of Fence Fabric by closing ties at the desired tension level and then cutting excess tie material.
