MATERIAL CHOICES
All materials used for Fence Fabric prints have been chosen for their fantastic printing properties and superior outdoor durability. These materials can withstand rain, wind, sun, and temperature variations. Most of these materials can also be printed on both sides. The inks used in printing are UV-stabilized allowing for long-term installations.
The effect of wind on covered fences is a concern for fences at around 6' heights or greater. For these projects the Supreme Mesh Vinyl material is recommended for its permeability to wind as well as its breathtaking prints. Other materials can be considered with Wind Slits as an added finishing option.
After you find the appropriate material for your project, review the Finishing Options to see how you can tailor Fence Fabric to meet your needs.
- Supreme Mesh Vinyl - Great all-around material for vinyl fences. Light-weight and permeable to wind. Porous surface adds texture to prints without detracting from images for increased realism. Printable on both sides with a full image or single color.
- Scrim Vinyl - Non-porous material. High quality prints for low height and custom projects or great prints for higher project sizes with wind slits. Ideal for well-anchored fences at 4' heights. Printable on both sides with a full image or single color.
- Block-Out Material - Heavy-duty, non-porous material with an extra internal layer designed to eliminate the passage of light through the print. Ideal for well-anchored fences at 4' or similar heights. Available with a black back or double-sided print.
- Backlit Vinyl - Designed to produce captivating and vibrant images on vinyl fences when light sources are placed directly behind the material. A great choice for events or other custom projects. Printable on both sides with a full image or single color.
