Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change at any time without notice. Any errors will be corrected by Fence Fabric when discovered. If such change is made after an order has been charged and your order is therefore cancelled, Fence Fabric will issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge. However, please note that your bank policy will control if an amount is credited back to your account.

SHIPPING

Fence Fabric makes every effort to ensure that orders ship within 5 to 10 business days from the date of order. There are many factors which affect shipping and production schedules, however, and Fence Fabric makes no guarantees as to the timeliness of delivery.

RETURNS

Fence Fabric products may only be returned in the event they are defective when received. Returns must be authorized by an appropriate Fence Fabric representative before return shipment. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return defective merchandise. Items that are returned will be reviewed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not they are defective. If an item is judged to be defective it will be replaced with a similar item.

INSTALLATION & WEATHERING

Neither Fence Fabric nor any other third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the installation of Fence Fabric. Fence Fabric is not responsible for the condition of existing fences and does not warrant or ensure that your fence is structurally sound or suitable for mounting or installing Fence Fabric. Fence Fabric is not responsible for any damages to property or bodily injuries that may occur in the installation, use or maintenance of Fence Fabric.

Fence Fabric does not guarantee the longevity, durability or color stay of any Fence Fabric products based upon outdoor weather conditions, general climate, environmental conditions, location conditions, personal or third party use or maintenance, and materials used.
