Returns & Refund Policy

We understand returns aren’t ideal—and we’re here to help. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Made to Order, Made Fresh

Every Fence Fabric product is made-to-order in the USA based on your exact specifications. We don’t keep inventory sitting in boxes—your order is printed fresh.

To help prevent issues, we confirm order details with you before printing. If you’d like an art proof before production, just leave a note at checkout or email us within 8 hours—we’re happy to send one at no cost.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Custom items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products printed with customer-provided artwork

  • Any order produced to custom sizes

  • Fence Fabric designs printed at a custom size

Please note: Due to standard production tolerances, size may vary by up to ±1 inch. If you require exact dimensions, let us know when placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized or custom-printed products

  • Artwork fees

  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products with damage not caused by our team

Incorrect Orders or Defects

If you receive an incorrect image, material, or significantly incorrect size, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your product. Include photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the refund decision.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that banks may take 7–10 business days to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Double-check with your bank and credit card provider.

  2. Allow at least 10 business days after receiving your refund approval.

  3. Still no refund? Contact us at j.sidy@fencefabric.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email j.sidy@fencefabric.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once we receive the return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
